Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Bright Rook Manufacturing makes precision components in Tampa, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of scrap and rework and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
