Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Summit Mill Banking Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
