Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Highbridge Corner Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of policy renewals and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
