Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Quarry Energy and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of hardship programmes and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
