Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Silverline Juniper Foods produces packaged foods at its Minneapolis plant, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of sanitation schedules and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
