Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Haven Financial serves customers across Fresno with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of regulatory reports and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
