Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Forge Legal Group is a Fresno practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of client files and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
