Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Summit Linden Civic Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of permits and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • A relevant degree or certification.
