Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Greenridge Cobalt Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Hartford, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
