Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Union Civic Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of case files and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
