Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Amberfield Granite Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Fresno, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of supplier deliveries and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
