Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Bright Corner Early Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
