Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Foxglove Timber Manufacturing is a Austin manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
