Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Nova Rook Markets is a Phoenix retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of online orders and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
