Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Westbrook Forge Transit Planning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 853 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of accessibility audits and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
