Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Bluepeak Bridge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Cincinnati focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of billing accounts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
