Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Ironwood Junction Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Minneapolis, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 722 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of shrink and waste and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with store inventory.
