Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Pine Financial and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of loan applications and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
