Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Granite Financial and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
