Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Clear Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around San Antonio. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
