Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Ironwood Ridge Learning Group is an education provider in Madison serving students and families, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of student accounts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
