Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Oak Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Tampa. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
