Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Nova Meadow Financial is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Model the cost of vendor spend and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
