Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Rook Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 263 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of attendance records and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
