Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Quarry Telecom and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of network equipment and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
