Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Granite Water Authority Partners and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 727 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of billing accounts and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
