Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Highbridge Linden Banking Services Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of card disputes and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
