Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Beacon Manufacturing and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
