Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Northwind Clear Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Savannah serving households and small businesses, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of card disputes and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
