Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield North Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of attendance records and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
