Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Stonegate Field Manufacturing makes precision components in Birmingham, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
