Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Greenridge Harbor Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Richmond region, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of usage data and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
