Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Fox Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Colorado Springs, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Model the cost of underwriting files and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
