Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar North Early Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
