Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Highbridge Stone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around El Paso design routes and schedules, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with ridership counts.
