Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Stone Legal Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of trust accounts and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
