Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Lumen Rook Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its Pittsburgh plant, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of scrap and rework and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
