Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Ironwood Sable Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of attendance records and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • A relevant degree or certification.
