Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Drift Legal Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of court deadlines and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
