Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Linden Foods and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of sanitation schedules and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
