Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Silverline Quarry Energy Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Model the cost of hardship programmes and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
