Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Iron Water Authority and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 216 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
