Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Silverline Meadow Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Omaha plant. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
