Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Lumen Ember Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 554 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
