Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Foxglove Ivory Legal Group provides legal services in Dallas across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of intake forms and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
