Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Lumen Union Legal Group is a Detroit practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of court deadlines and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
