Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Corner Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
