Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Cobalt Markets and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
