Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Granite Manufacturing Partners and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
