Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Vista Manufacturing and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
